Ugh, pet hair everywhere! They just stick people with and without pets in the same rooms, no separation. I even told the front desk I'm allergic, and they still gave me a room full of pet hair.

Expedia cancelled the reservation 5 minutes after they reserved one room not even two rooms so we get to hotel at night with a kid in the car and an elderly without actual room. Hotel was sold out and Expedia could find another room for us, this was a terrible experience.

Overall it was an ok stay for the price but most likely won’t stay here again. Checked in but didn’t go into the room until after a store run about an hour later. Turned out that someone else had also been checked into that room so was given another room. Saw a single cockroach as we walked in but didn’t see any more. Room was clean but had to keep restroom door closed because it smelled very much like sewer. Heater worked good, and bed was probably a 6/10 in comfort.

Bathroom was very dirty upon check-in with pubic hairs around the toilet and bathtub. There was an overflowing garbage bag right outside the room door that was there during check-in and until we checked out. The AC in the room was not working.

The room next door was playing loud music and having a party from 2 AM to 5 AM. We reported the disturbance to the front desk three times, but the hotel staff did nothing. They kept saying they were reaching out to the hotel manager, but they never got any feedback. They even said the manager was probably asleep. At the end they called that room to be quiet and the party was about to finish, people were leaving. Worst stay ever. The hotel didn’t value their customers. And people stayed there don’t have basic manners.

We arrived after midnight and used the computer kiosk inside the lobby. The man was pleasant and helpful. Check in went smoothly even though it was my first time using the kiosk.

Unfortunately our most recent stay was not satisfactory. We had stayed her about a year ago and it was clean and quiet. Both times I had booked 6 reservations for our group. There was a very loud group making a lot of noise till 2am and no one is staffed at night, so no one to call. In the morning there was no hot for any of the reservations in my group
