I appreciated the quietness and convenience of walking downtown near beach and restaurants and shops. I did not appreciate the dirtiness of the walls/ door; the shower curtain nor the outdated toilet or other room items. If you have children they have a descent pool size close to the rooms.

We were so disappointed with the state of this hotel. The pictures online do not at all match what the rooms or the hotel look like. We stayed as a family of four, and our room was so small that we were tripping over our luggage. The room was dirty and in poor shape, as you can see in the photos. The pool was cloudy, green, and full of sand. The ice and vending machines were out of order and leaking water. Do not book a stay here unless it is your last resort. I don’t know where all the five star reviews are coming from, because this is not a nice hotel.

If you want a budget type motel 2 blocks away from the beach, this spot will work for you. Nice little patio area with string lights as well. But it is a basic motel for the most part (towel rack was coming off the wall, older shower etc). They're also very weird about quiet time, going so far as to say you're not allowed visitors past 10pm. I understand the need to keep things quiet and peaceful after hours, but to go as far as to say you're not allowed to bring people over is odd (it's a mass text they send to all guests). They're also VERY strict about checking in early. They don't even open the office until 3:00pm. With all the weird rules and texting them it felt like staying at a dorm room. But again, super close to the beach and all the basics of a motel.

It's a nice cozy Inn a minute walking distance from the main beach and pier. There are many shopping options, dining and coffee. Great location, nice basic room, free parking on premises.
