Not great television options. Standard tv plus HBO/Max. Would like streaming available. Smart TV. Beds too soft and pillows too large. Didn’t care for steeming coffee instead of percolated. That’s all the negatives. Super clean hotel. Only five years old. Hope they keep it clean.

The property exceeded our expectations it was absolutely lovely! Great decor and design, very clean and comfortable bed. We even got a glass of wine and entree on arrival! Would highly recommend and would use Oxford Suites again for sure!

Second time staying there. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The property has a nice pool, a small gym and breakfast was better than I remember. The coffee was really good.

This was our second time staying here. We had such a good experience last time we came back. However, it was not as impressive as the first time. The rooms are very nice, clean...the grounds and restaurant are nice, clean. It is super convenient, very close to downtown and there are good places to eat within walking distance. However, those working the front desk left much to be desired. When we go there to check in the woman seemed almost irritated that she had to deal with us. We asked about the shuttle (that we had used before) and again she acted like we were a bother to her. Our friends, who checked in about 30 minutes later also said they stood at the front desk almost 5 minutes before the woman even acknowledged them and she seemed irritated with them too. The next day we asked to use the shuttle to go to a winery, a different guy at the desk asked for our name and said the shuttle runs every half hour, so be in front in about 20 minutes. We went to the front and a shuttle guy drove up, parked, walked past us and we never saw him again. We waited for a good 10 minutes, then asked the front desk guy about the shuttle. He acted like he didn't know what we were talking about, asked our name (that he had written down 20 minutes earlier) and then said to wait outside. We continued to wait for another 10 minutes or so then the regular shuttle guy came out and took us to the winery. We called for a shuttle to take us back and nobody answered the phone. Lots of incompetence.

Qxford Suites was reasonable. The breakfast was excellent. I liked that they promoted Agriculture with the California Almond Orchards footbed cover. The upholstery had cute farm jokes, and the wine in the evening. All together, it was homey.

This hotel is very nice! Looks new. Great locatoion. Complimentary drink and appetizer in the afternoon/early evenings a plus. We used it every day we stayed. Walkable to downtown Paso. I would say an 15-20 min walk. The fresh breakfast eggs/omelet is amazing! Staff was very nice and helpful. My only two critiques: The stairs take you to outside of the hotel. So if you want to take the stairs you will have to go around to the entrance. Only one elevator for the entire hotel. We were in the 2nd floor and had to wait for the elevator as it was raining/cold outside. My second negative is the shower area would splash water under the curtain. I had to prop a tower so it would not wet most of the bathroom floor. Nice and modern, but not convenient/practical. In summary I would stay at the Oxford again. Very nice place!
