Hotel has had some upgrades recently. Outdoor sitting area is adorable. Close to walk to everything. Not directly Ocean Front, but still great location and only couple blocks from the beach. Bed was comfortable.

Room was average, overpriced for what it was by the time pet fees, hotel fees, taxes, etc. were added in. All was clean except for the floor which felt sandy so had not been swept/mopped.

Was perfect overnight stay for us with a dog. Although we could not spend time in the common outdoor lounge/picnic area, it was very nice. Bed was comfortable. There was even a small refrigerator and microwave that was convenient. The only small issue I had was with some plumbing smell from the bathroom, it was minor issue but would be nice if it is fixed.
