Horrible experience

I paid for my room thru this app and when i got to the hotel tgey refused to honor my reservation saying my debit card wasnt accept although payment was accepted on here. Then in order to get my money back i have to wait 7-10 business days. Needless to say i went without a room for the night because i didnt have any more money.

Love this hotel especially the Historic section because ol the authentic nature. That said I do hope the folks working on the plumbing can help with the smells on the hallways We hope to be back again!

Stayed four nights in the hotel, had a room on the older side of the hotel. The older side is definitely worn down and triggered my asthma. Unfortunately could not switch rooms to the newer side. Only two windows opened up in the room to help.

Love this hotel! Everything was great. We stayed in the oldest section and loved the history. Room was comfortable and quiet. The plumbing is old and the hallways smelled while we were there. We were told they are addressing the issues and should improve in the near future. We will definitely stay again!
