The hotel itself was lovely, but our door was hard to close. You had to really slam it for it to lock. It would have been nice to have coffee and breakfast available in the morning. I had to go out and try to find coffee in fhe morning. Most other places in the area offer free breakfast included in the price of the room. Otherwise it was nice.

Lovely family run hotel

This is a nice new hotel in San Juan, and very reasonably priced. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the area feels very safe and full of locals. It's a short walk into town or down to the pier. The rooms are large with nice high ceilings and you can sit out on wicker rocking chairs to enjoy the outside. No biting bugs due to altitude so you can relax! It would be nice to have a few hooks in the room to hang towels, coats etc.

Nous bien aimé notre séjour à l'hôtel Mercy. La chambre était très grande et propre. Le seul point négatif, est que l'hôtel est encore en construction. Donc, il n'y a pas de service offert c'est encore un chantier de construction à l'extérieur.
