Though most of the staff were very nice, especially Adriana, the power transformer blew out right before I checked in. There was a stain on my sheets and the stairs are very narrow and difficult to climb with luggage (there's no elevator) Of course neither of these things (the stairs and the power) are the hotel staff's fault and they did everything they could to help including offering a full refund when I ultimately decided to leave.

Good place to go for a night in San Juan. Pretty basic accommodations but they were comfortable. In an okay area - have to walk a bit or use scooters to see touristy stuff.

Room was tiny. Barley enough room to put luggage. That being said... they have secured off street parking and are within walking distance of old san juan. Building is quiet and secure. Small café on the corner makes really good drinks!

No elevator - had to walk up 3 floors with luggage. No hot water in the morning. Will never recommend to stay there. Sorry because the people were very pleasant but not worth the money spent in that room.

Nice little stay

They walk you over and make sure you are all set! The room was clean and comfy and we appreciated the AC. No elevator but we knew that when we booked so no problem!

Clean great location secure staff amazing. It is close to a club so music plays until midnight, only a problem if u need to get to be very early over the weekend but it was fine for us on vacation.

Such a great location. Close to the airport and tourist areas. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The shower does not have a consistent temperature. Had a late flight in and the water was freezing but when showering in the afternoon the temperature was warmer. Over all a great place to stay with good restaurants and bars close by.

Terrible. Bait and switch. Filthy property , spray paint on the walls. No tile in the bathroom shower at all. Holes in wall , I had a vip gold access room that was supposed to have a balcony and I received a basement room with a small bed and a window that opens to exposed wiring and plumbing - in a concrete pit. The worst place I’ve ever stayed. The staff was awful, condescending, and I’d never ever stay here again. I’ve traveled to over 20 different countries and never experienced anything like this. The actual name of this hotel is 901 properties and they own about 15 different hotels under that name, all in a city block.

Room was very small, there was no coffee available, no lobby, no outdoor area, no shelf in bathroom. Area right around wasn’t great. The room was ready 4 hours early, however.

Do not expect to find any signs with the hotel name anywhere visible anyway. The location hosts many different properties and Ubana hotel was one of them, just look for "checkin" sign. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, very small though just perfect for one night as was our case, Place is in old san juan so all is close by. Took public transport to get to cruiseship at one block from hotel free, just 10 minutes

Hotel room is very small. Parking is around the block and reception is is another building the laundry machines were broken reception staff was nice but supervisor was rude and suggested o don’t stay at their location anymore
