Excellent surprise in Carolina

Village Inn was a nice surprise in what felt like middle of a mountain. Only a short drive from airport but located in very lush area, serenaded by coquis all evening. We had hiked El Yunque and other places and the amount of coquis seemed barely audible compared to this hotel. Room was very clean and nicely cared for. Fridge and microwave were brand new. Bathroom was also clean with ample amount of towels. Beds had clean likeness and were very comfortable. Pool area looked like a perfect spot to relax but we couldn't fit it into our schedule. Overall this is a perfect place for a night or two of rest and relaxation. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a quick connection to the airport before or after longer travel intervals around PR.
