Santurce Urban Lodge (SUL) is the perfect vacation rental if you’re looking for a newly renovated relaxing yet sophisticated urban place to stay in the heart of the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico. This accommodation represents an excellent alternative for those who appreciate having more privacy and personal space, as well as convenience. Perfect for a couple, group of friends, or small family seeking to explore and enjoy what this urban and trendy area has to offer.
Open and spacious living space. Fully renovated kitchen. Two seating areas, dinning table. Smart Tv and fast Wifi.
It offers three bedrooms with Queen beds, firm mattress, four pillows, linens, duvet and towels. A/C on living area and bedrooms. also blackouts for privacy and a good night noiseless sleep.
Very nicely decorated.
It also has an outdoor terrace with sitting area and chaise lounges.
A welcome letter containing details about the apartment stay, such as the room code, will be sent through the platform at 3pm on the day of check in. We are totally self check in. The entire apartment is for our guest to use.
Guests can access our rooftop with plunge pool and Bbq area.
Also we have on Premise The 787 Coffee shop with excellent coffee , pastries, juices and goodies.
SUL offers free shuttle in our customized golf car to Kings Court Beach in Condado. By request only.

Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.

Maximum occupancy of 6 adults at all times. Occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease, or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
