El staff fue A+, excelente. Más sin embargo, había liqueo de agua de uno de los cuartos que salía al pasillo creando un ambiente de exposición a caídas, la cortina de la ventana tenía bastante polvo, así como el tv y, el stand del baño estaba mal puesto ocasionando que se cayera un perfume nuevo el cual se perdió completamente.

Perfume roto a causa de caída.
Cortina la cual figuraba con polvo ocasionando alergias nasales.

Love the suite. Very modern and clean🤗. Love the cocept hope they can make many more hotels around the island. That beign said hate the location. For different reasons, no parking for guests and is a late night hangout area. So if thats what you into great location. For a family to not so much.they do provide earbuds for noise and apartment was great. Great restaurants around the area but do plan to uber or walk your way around because of parking issues. Leaving a rent a car in the street where people hang till morning is not your best bet.

This was a cute and quaint boutique style hotel located in a good area close to many different things. The receptionist Yaris was amazing. She was a great help to me throughout my stay and is the reason why I would return and also tell my friends about this place.

Great location! It’s walking distance from La Placita, bars, and the beach! Walmart is a quick walk away if I need essentials. Dani y Yannalise were very helpful and knowledgeable about the island and fun things to do for first time visitors. The free salsa dancing class was so fun and such an easy way to bring culture into this trip. The hotel was clean and secure and, not to mention, had complimentary coffee and water throughout the day. I loved staying here and can’t wait to return. There’s a tour of my room on my YouTube channel
