Nice place to stay. I liked that it was away from all the touristic congestion, but the room wasn’t very clean. Also our walls in our bedroom had mold spots which wasn’t cool at all.

It was such a beautiful property!! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful our whole stay…gave us great references for places to go and have fun, eat, explore. This was our second time back and we will definitely be coming back again! My family loved it!!!

Only disadvantages of this property for me was 1. the Ac was only in bedrooms but it did still cool the unit off 2. there was only 1 tv for 2br unit Everything and i mean everything else was great. It was clean, quiet, safe, and the locals were cool too.

We loved our stay. It was the perfect location. Tostado(perfect breakfast and coffee spot)right around the corner. By Thursday, an awesome food truck appeared in the parking lot and we got to experience amazing food. These were the authentic views from Apt. 5. We had the whole rooftop to ourselves and from the kitchen could view the massive cruise ships coming in. AC worked like a charm. Quiet at night. Safe. Staff very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Very basic apartment, had a slight smell to it and the shower was spraying outward, we fixed it by keeping a face cloth over the pipe the whole week. There was no drain plug in the shower it was just an open pipe that you could see through. Staff was kind and would be a great place for a friend trip but definitely not family or romance.

The apt was great and in a perfect location if you want to explore and walk to Old San Juan (20-25 min). Secure entrance, lockbox w/ key to apt. Don’t have to worry about carrying it with you. There’s a bodega right across where you can buy essentials. I would definitely stay here again. 👍

I chose this place for the free parking which was good, the number of beds, and the laundry facility. Both coin op washing machines were broken on the property. We could use the ones across the street but there was high demand since our were broken. One receptionist gave me a hard time an out charging my room to get $2 in quarters. She told me they couldn’t charge me to give me the quarters. So I asked that she just give me two dollars in quarters to offset the inconvenience of the broken machines. She slapped them on the counter. Then, a day later they changed my credit card $2. Fine but they either shouldn’t have given me a hard time about it or not charged me. The penthouse is a really weird space with minimal furniture. The kitchenette has no microwave - fine. It’s not listed. There are ac units in the bedrooms only. Also, according to our hotels.com booking, we should have received a bottle of wine - we did not. If I were to return to San Juan, I would choose a different place.

The communication was bad. I called the front desk to let them know I was locked in my bedroom because of a faulty door knob, they said maintenance would come by the next day to fix it but never did. They never even told me about housekeeping until the day before check out and to top it off the washers in the laundry room were out of order and they provided no solution to it. All they said is we can go to the nearest laundromat.
