Rosalina is just average and it was fine. The hotel is in a convenient location with walkable beach access and a nice bakery a few blocks away. Parking was easy, but it is on a a busy road. The room was ok and not great - bathroom was super small, bedroom was super small and we could barely walk around the bed, in general the room was very dark during the day and very bright at night (we were by the pool and the courtyard lights shined all night). Also because of our promixty to the pool it was loud all hours of the night. It sounded like people were in the bedroom with us - literally two pool chairs were on the other side of the bedroom wall. There is no staff on duty and no one serviced our room so we tried to catch housekeeping when we could to get bottled water and fresh towels. No coffee and no ice onsite. Again Rosalina is average. Pretty basic.

Drove to the property. The area was so sketchy and no place to park. Not able to even contact property. Did not even get out of the car or stay. We had to go find another hotel

Surprisingly poor condition and cheap finishes throughout. Discolored sun chairs, outdoor seating with ripped fabric, cheap fleece blanket on bed, coarse sheets, ikea bathroom finishes. There were cracked and damaged ceramic tiles around courtyard and pool areas and on the waterfall wall, and also in our bedroom and bathroom floors. Room layout was poorly designed with super wide bathroom door that opened next to bed and made for narrow access on one side. We were really disappointed with this property. We stayed at 4 places during our week in Puerto Rico and this cost the most and was the worst. Can’t recommend.

Returned to San Juan last night of trip before very early am flight out for one night, not there long so selected a lower cost hotel. It worked for its purpose. It’s was a gated complex, given a code for lockbox at entrance that holds your room key. The lockboxes are old, glitchy and stressful because there isn’t an office on site. It was pure luck we were able to open after numerous tries. Thankfully we got a parking spot out front because there are more rooms than spots available and parking was a big reason we chose this place. The pools were too cold for us to go in. But I will say, I did appreciate some sweet efforts like a table in common area with community sunscreens & books for guests and a few sodas/waters in the mini fridge. It’s a basic stay, seemed safe enough within complex and around property

This place was amazing!!! I went with a small group of girls and felt SO safe!! The beach was literally right there and Kasalta (dining spot) was right next door which was perfect. Room was sooo clean, pool areas was gorgeous and the staff was very attentive if you needed anything. Check in was also extremely seamless. 1000/10 DEFINITELY coming back

An amazing place to stay! The property is very nice and the rooms are modern. There are two pools that are heated and an amazing perk of the property. Check in/check out was an easy process. There is a table of sunscreen by the pool area that is for guest use, which is very convenient in the warm weather. Me and my friends enjoyed the swing on the patio very much! The beach is only a couple minutes away when walking. There is also a Walgreens nearby to get groceries or supplies. An amazing pizza restaurant is also located on the same street, only a block down. Very cute and nice place to stay!
