We were looking for a place for one night close to the airport since we were heading to Rincon the next morning. Very cute boutique Hotel, clean, easy check in-check out, and parking on site. It is exactly as it was described, modern and spotless. The room was small but comfortable. It is a perfect distance from the beach, restaurants, the airport and excursions. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting San Juan or Isla Verde.

Nice but needs quality checks

The place was beautiful and easy to navigate however the lock to my fort was broken. Meaning i couldn’t leave until maintenance got there to fix it also i was a single woman in an unlocked room for hours unbeknownst to me.

Upon dropping us off at the location, we were very skeptical (outside looked shappby). But the inside is very well kept and cleaned . It was very modern and updated. I wished I have stayed there the day before my cruise as well. We only stayed a couples of hours until flight time but will definitely stay there again in the future.

We texted and called host numerous times. Never replied. Never called back regarding complaints about noisy Neighbors yelling profanities saying “YOU ARE DRUNK!” Literally ALL morning from 1am to 7am. Did not sleep. Asked for refund and no communication at all. Unacceptable. At least text or call us back. Elizabeth spoke to us only 1 time and never heard from her about issues. Window had water damage MOLD. We have pictures.

Stay at the Isla Verde Roselina Isla Verde, room was comfortable and clean. Love that it was walking distance to the beach I would walk the beach early in the morning 7:00am. Carolina beach lovely 🏝️

The one thing I wish people who stayed at the hotel would lock the door when leaving. Woke up between 3-5am heard the door open but the person that left did not lock. Did not like that at all.

The room assigned to us was not ready at 4 pm Sept 15. We had to find accommodation elsewhere as the phone number supplied went to voicemail. By the time we were able to get someone on the phone we had already checked into another property using expedia. We were promised a refund, we have not seen any money refund thus far.
