Inside, you`ll find a spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated space with air conditioning in every room and comfortable furnishings throughout. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need if you’re in the mood to cook, and there`s a washer and dryer for added convenience.

The highlight? A spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the sea and marina—perfect for relaxing, watching the colorful waters, and spotting boats and sailboats passing by. Or kick back indoors and stream your favorite shows on the large HD smart TV.

Need to work remotely? We`ve got you covered with high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace featuring a large monitor—no more squinting at your laptop.

And don’t worry about power outages—PeñaMar has a backup generator to keep everything running smoothly during your stay.

Want to hang out at the pool? Choose from 3 pools on the property. Hang out at the infinity pool, where you can also soak in the hot tub, go to the pool with the slide, or hang out at the sailboat-shaped pool! There is also a well-equipped gym, tennis courts and a basketball court.

Additionally, you have two assigned parking spots.

You can get around the area easily. If you are coming to Fajardo, you will need a rental car as public transportation is unavailable. You can also use Uber or Lyft, but that may be costly.

The location is unbeatable. Across the street is Villa Marina, where you can find jet-ski and catamaran tours that take you snorkeling in the translucent waters of Icacos and Palomino. Some of the best restaurants and bars in Fajardo are either within walking distance or a short drive from the location. Seven Seas beach and the bioluminescent bay are 5 minutes away. 10 miles away is Ceiba, where you can take a very cheap ferry to Vieques or Culebra. Or, drive 15 miles to El Yunque National Forest.

Quiet time after 10 p.m. and before 7 a.m

Trash should be in sealed trash bags when taken to the trash bins.

Keep a close eye on children while on the balcony.

Please help us by turning off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. .

Please wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
