Hugo’s rental was amazing! I am so glad we opted to rent this apartment instead of getting a hotel room in the hotels area in San Juan. Hugo’s is very convenient to everything you want to do in Old Town. Walkable, so many dining options nearby, grocery stores, and the balcony is everything!!! We loved our stay and would not stay anywhere else in Old Town but Hugo’s Rental on next visit.

The room was a large size! The air conditioner worked wonderfully. Everything was very clean. The room had no window for a street view but there was a window for the patio area which was super cute. The location was perfect, I was able to stop at my room multiple times throughout the day for bathroom breaks or to drop/pick stuff up. I highly recommend this spot

We enjoyed our stay at Hugo’s rentals! The host was very responsive and communicative and we appreciated the location being so close to everything. We originally wanted a room on the 2nd floor because of the balcony but we had a lot of luggage so we liked the first floor option better. They kept our luggage on the last day so that we could explore more and check out later and we appreciated that. The wifi wasn't as strong as we would have liked but that is a small thing compared to the overall experience.

Perfect place to stay in old San Juan, they were very accommodating to hold our luggage until check in time, the only downfall of the property is you have to haul your luggage up the stairs.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Hugo’s. Maricruz was incredibly helpful and informative. The place was in a great location close to everything. My husband wanted something different from the traditional hotel stay and this was it. We would definitely stay here again!
