Wonderful staff, clean, comfy beds, gorgeous garden rooftop. AC, walkable to all shops restaurants, beaches. 24hr large grocery 1 block. A water main in the next street blew when we were there which affected hot water-nothing hotels could do. Our stay was very comfortable and beat warm, friendly customer service!

Location and and staff were excellent. Bathroom was dirty, low water pressure every day and many stuff in the bathroom needs to be replace (shower cap, drainage net). There is a window inside of the shower that was VERY dirty. Floor in the room was dirty as well, unable to walk without wearing shoes.

Cristobal was awesome. Great value for what i paid and very clean. He made an exception despite my late arrival. The shower could use a remodeling. The hotel is very unique with a strong spaniard architectural design. The Cervantes room would be perfect if it was avaliable for coffee ☕️

The place was great. I just felt like the rooftop was like a little. It's dirty from the bird poop and then, um, there was like cat food, laying out right On the rooftop, also our shower head didn't have enough water pressure. That was the only thing right? But other than that, the place is great.
