Awesome!

We had the most comfortable stay and really enjoyed the view from our balcony. The sounds of the waves at night brought such peace yet it felt like we were a part of the ocean. Such a recharge. Thankful.

This place was super cozy! It was safe, and had easy access to the beach. Keep in mind, these building are a little older. But for the price and the comfort, beautiful view, great communication with the host. My trip was wonderful!! Thank You Again

I liked the fact that it was far enough away from all of the tourists, but close enough to main tourist areas. The property was clean and very cozy. I appreciated that Rafael was easy to contact, and a pleasure to do business with. I will be back soon and will be staying here again.

Great location in a safe area. Beautiful views from the room and very clean beaches just walking distance from gated condominium. Also walking distance from restaurants and grocery store. Staff was professional and helpful. This was my first time in PR and nothing but a good experience.

The room was excellent. Very clean. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen was great and fully stocked. The main reason to book this is the private balcony with an unobstructed view of the beach.

This is our 2nd time staying in one of Rafael’s properties. He was great to communicate with and quick to respond to my questions. The property was very comfortable and perfectly located to our favorite beach, Playa Azul (never crowded and always beautiful)! Easy parking, secure building close to food and groceries. The studio was lacking a beach chair to which Rafael graciously reimbursed me for immediately when we purchased one. We will be back next year, hopefully with our kids in tow! It was a pleasure.

Other reviews were correct-this is an efficiency with a very nice view in a great location. Queen bed was very comfortable. Supplies were adequate. Very secure location. Access and parking were easy. Climate control excellent. Kitchen sparse but adequate for two for simple eating. Rafael is excellent host.

Beautiful condo located right on the beach! We loved being able to hear the sound of the waves all night. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing! Very peaceful and just what we were looking for. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place to stay.
