I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at El Conquistador Resort, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The resort was luxurious, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing — exactly what I wanted for such a special milestone. There were plenty of food options and activities right on the property, so we never ran out of things to enjoy. The staff made the experience even more special. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and treated me like family. A special shout-out to Miguel and Padero for going above and beyond to make my birthday celebration feel extra special! I’ll admit, I was initially nervous when I was told my room would be located in the Marina area near the waterpark. I had even requested a move. However, after staying there, I was so happy they weren’t able to accommodate the change — it turned out to be a wonderful location and worked out perfectly. My only small disappointment was that I paid for an ocean view room expecting a full, unobstructed ocean view, but received a partial ocean view instead. I do wish the website clarified that option more clearly. That said, the overall experience far outweighed that minor issue. I’m already planning my second visit — and I can’t wait to return!

One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at in recent times. Everything was excellent—from the service to the amenities and the food. The staff was attentive and the overall experience felt seamless and well thought out. The only downside is that the restaurants are quite pricey; aside from the bar, dining can be expensive. That said, everything else was outstanding and made for a truly enjoyable stay.
