Staff was great, but the stay was poor. I had to change rooms halfway through because there was no water pressure on my floor (I don't know if this was a hotel-specific problem or a Puerto Rico infrastructure problem), and the staff was very efficient in getting me moved. But neither bathroom sink had hot water (the hot water source was not connected to the sink) so I had to shave by dipping my razor in the shower flow. Also half of my four mornings there was no hot water when I needed to shower.

Staff was rude, there was no control for the air conditioning in your room they had to come up. And change it with a remote. Pillows were hard as a rock. No hot water to take a shower. Water in bathroom sink ran all night. No one is around at night and the morning at the front desk to help with anything..Drink machine in hotel was empty, was told to walk to a store which wasn’t close. Air conditioning when working blows directly on you when sleeping. Noisy on the street side. Would never stay here again.

No controls on air conditioner. It’s either freezing cold or off. There weren’t any wash rags in room for 6 people. But the room was clean and they transferred us to ship for free. So if you’re basically looking for a place to sleep one night it’s ok.

The location was only plus of location. The beds are uncomfortable and noise is unbearable at night since hotel is right next to main highway and windows need major upgrades to cancel the noise from cars.

When we checked in the front desk, lady was not very friendly. In the morning, we went down for a cup of coffee and the cups there were all dirty and no coffee was available. A shuttle was to be provided for us to the cruise ship and no shuttle arrived.

The beds were fine — but the bathroom lacked shampoo, conditioner & lotion! We were supposed to have free transportation to the port — the clerk said it would probably be best if we got our own transportation…she should have told us that when we first went down to “wait” for the van; not let us wait for an hour in the lobby & outside on the sidewalk!
