Alicia was very nice and accommodating at our arrival and check out. She wasn't hesitant in refunding the drink credit that was promised after a hiccup by the other staff members. The artsy aesthetic was very nice, but it could use some updating as the elevator is very slow. I bought my own washcloths and towels at Walmart because they were very dingy and nowhere close to white. The pillows were yellow and old under the pillowcase. I requested for flowers to be delivered to my fiancé for her birthday and confirmed several times with the staff and was told that it would be there at the 9 am requested time. After giving a grace period, I contacted the front desk to inquire about the flowers and was told they'd be up shortly. As I'm leaving to go to Pueblo I see the manager leaving at the same time to go make the arrangement and I told her I can buy my own flowers. She did apologize and brought us a complimentary bottle, told us that we had a $50 credit for the bar until we leave, and did still go get the flowers. I think this could have been avoided if communication between shifts was better. Overall I have no complaints about my stay.

The hotel is beautiful. I absolutely loved it. Very nice room and spacious. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Antonio at the lobby bar was great! I recommend ordering an expresso martini. Amazing!!! I will be back again soon.

Stayed at this property for 3 nights and we had fantastic experience. Don Rafa’s Boutique Hotel exceeded my expectations. From the friendly staff to the hotel’s cleanliness, everything was phenomenal. This hotel is beautiful, the decor and the ambience is very cozy. We had a junior suite and the room was very spacious for the 2 of us. The room had a decent-sized fridge that came in handy to store leftovers from the restaurants we explored, as well as to keep our water bottles nice and cool. The location was perfect. We went for the Bad Bunny concert and this hotel was literally a 10 minute drive from el Coliseo José Miguel Agrelot. It is also located 10 minutes away from Old San Juan and like 6-7 minutes away from Distrito T-Mobile. All in all I highly recommend this hotel for anybody looking for well-located, cozy and private hotel that won’t put a hole in your pocket. We will definitely be back!

The total atmosphere was quite pleasant. The hours of operation can be a bit more extensive. The bar and pool close to early. The continental breakfast could include more protein such as hard boiled eggs perhaps.
