Perfect Location in the Heart of Condado!

Location, location, location! Condado Palm is perfect if you want to be in the heart of everything. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. Just steps from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and shops. Super central and easy to get around. An excellent option for staying in San Juan.

The hotel was very nice. The lobby and staff was very welcoming.. the cafe was also very good and the staff was friendly.. there are beach chairs for the hotel at the beach.. just bring towels with you as we went twice and was advised the hotel did not bring them towels to give to the guest.. the room we had was ocean view which was nice room was spacious enough for sleeping and getting ready.. house keeping cleaned but did not take all the garbage or provide additional toilet paper so we had to call for that.. overall location was good quick uber or walk to most places.. I would stay here again

Great location, the rooms are very noisy all night long you hear the traffic, cars honking, music playing we complained to the front desk and they gave us ear plugs that were actually helpful. Overall a great location and the beach club is great but if you don't plan to sleep then this is the place to be . Also hot tub was amazing so hot.

I’m a returning guest at Condado Palm. Facility is nice, staff accommodating, and best it’s just a block from the ocean. Hotel has its own beachfront seating, with umbrellas, that is monitored. A++++
