What I liked was that the hotel is located in a centralized arrea within walking distance of beach, stores and restaurants, and the people that worked there were very nice. What I did not like was how things were handled and did not communicate with me in regard to having parties in the Penthouse when your room is right below the Penthouse and you have to endure 4 and half hours of music and no one tells you or no mentions this. It was not mentioned on your application when you're booking your trip. Also, the rooms are very small good for 2 people not 3 and could use an upgrade.

The staff were attentive to inquries. The pool area needs an attendent. The floor area was often very wet and slippery. The down comforter that is placed between sheets in the room needed to be washed. They need to come up with an actual duvet that can be washed and covers the comforter completely. The windows at the restaurant need to be cleaned. The rat trap that is visible on the exterior near the restaurant is a real turnoff for going to the restaurant.

Worst hotel experience EVER!

Had the penthouse arrived at checkin at 4 room was not ready until 5. Got to the room it smelled horrible like they used old mop water. Room Service stole my apple watch and management claims they cant do anything about stolen items because they have a rule that protects their housekeepers. DO NOT stay here they only person that works there that had manners and was so sweet was Fransisco. Place is trash and has dishonest employees working here.

The front desk staff was very friendly informative and helpful. Housekeeping could be a little better. Like replacing the towels and some of our pillows had a foul order, like when you wash it and do not let it fully dry. We also didn't receive housekeeping on one of the days. We did not inform them of this as we spent little time during the day at the hotel so we didnt really allow them to fix the issue. The convenience of the location and the awesome ocean views were my favorite things about the hotel

Great location next to the beach with an amazing staff that took care of all of our needs. Minutes from La Placita and Old San Juan. Make sure to take advantage of all the amenities offered. My daughter and I enjoyed riding around on the bikes they provided. Also the 24hr pool was perfect for those late night swims. Overall a great place to be during your Puerto Rico vacation.

Property was very comfortable! The walgreeens right across the street was top Tier! The restaurant was a little Pricey, other than that, the stay was very relaxing. I loved that the beach was a 2 min walk!
