A parking fee of $10 for the entire stay applies, plus a $50 refundable deposit for the parking card (refunded after the card is returned). Only 1 car is allowed per reservation. Instructions and parking card will be provided once you pay the fee and the host has been notified.

Overall this property was very nice , close to most places view was nice although it is not a beach front property to me because you dont have a sandy beach , but still nice . Large space in both rooms. Nadia responded quick. Parking is very inconvenient if you plan on bringing a car beware and its not free you do pay a small fee . Lots of traffic in the area but still nice. One of the bathroom toilets was not working when we arrive to the property but not a big deal we just used the one in the other room since we where only staying two nights until our other beach front property was available. Over all enjoyed the property!

Not only does it have a beautiful view of the ocean but it's in a prime spot where you could walk to or take very short Uber/Lyft rides to nearby restaurants and bars. My favorite thing was to borrow the beach chair and towels from the room, and walk to Playita de Condado, which took no more than 10mins, and that beach is beautiful.

Beautiful location. We saw manatees and sea turtles from the balcony! Very clean, well appointed. Kids had their side and I had mine. Pizza place and sushi place just down the street that are excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff.

this was a spacious, 2-room studio very close to viejo san juan and the beach. the beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms clean, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy. thanks for sharing your lovely place with us!
