Stayed for 2 days for my cousins wedding. Overall ok. The lobby near the elevators in lobby smelled strongly of sewage- the valet closes at midnight having to leave my car in the st aftr paying $50 to overnight it in a “lot” front desk staff was nice, valet staff was nice. Rooms could be cleaned better- found hair and sheets and comforter were scratchy and stained. Room service breakfast was not great- and expensive since it’s Il Fornaio- overall good location, but will not stay here again.

I loved the property, it's beautiful and the bed was so comfortable, the pillows were great, the bathroom was really nice, warm water was instant, nice smelling bathing products, i liked that the room came with a fridge and of course a coffee pot with coffee. The coffee was pretty good too (I'm a little particular about coffee- not super particular but i don't enjoy really acidic coffees) The customer service was top notch, staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The fifth star got knocked off because there was a cantaloupe sized ominous stain on the fitted sheet. I would have only knocked off half a star for that but i didn't have the option. I would definitely go back despite the sus stain

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient, quick check in and check out. Room was on the smaller side but was clean and bed/bedding was clean and comfortable. Nice location.
