Our stay at the Hilton was awesome. Very nice staff, and the room we stayed in was clean with everything we needed. Also, had a balcony with amazing views of the city. The hotel has a nice bar downstairs and a very nice restaurant inside of the hotel on the 18th floor. There are also other restaurants nearby in walking distance. Also, a lot of the tours outside of the city pick-up location is at this hotel so you won't have to travel anywhere else to be picked up. Fun fact, this hotel is the tallest building in the entire country of Costa Rica.

My husband and I booked this hotel but unfortunately we were denied entry from immigration. I contacted this hotel to let them know what happened and I was ensured that I’d get my refund. Since coming back to the States the night of that day we denied entry, they’ve been dodging calls from Expedia. A whole week later and we’re still waiting for our refund.

The hotel Alarm went off a coyote of times. And it was a false alarm. They made us walk and exit the building through the starirs. But at the end the alarm was activated as a prank. And the hotel not even an apology gave us.
