The room that we reserved wasn't available, and they wouldn't offer ANY concessions. The rooms walls were so paper-thin that when the next room used the restroom in the night, we both lept out of our bed because we thought the person was in our bathroom!!! In the morning, the breakfast food was in-edible... literally not fit for humans to eat. The staff were pompous, if not rude. We felt like we were a burdon to them. The room lacked any comfort. Lackluster amenities at best! We paid $200 for a Marriott room and received a $60 Motel6 experience. This is the most shameful Marriott I have ever witnessed. It was an awful experience. Shame on you...
