Excellent place to “land”! Free shuttle to and from the airport. Clean and comfy room. Fantastic staff all around. Wonderful breakfast. Within walking distance of a nice grocery store and many bars and restaurants. Cute duck ponds a few blocks away and lovely neighborhoods to explore. Book early and this is a great deal for an overnight before you set out on your adventure. Very safe area!!!

The room we stayed in was in poor condition. The flooring was broken and laminate had cracks and tripping hazards. The light switch did now properly work and had difficulty turning on the light. The water tap was in reverse. I was not impressed!!!

Shower was lukewarm at best. Also, Heater for room did not turn on. Furthermore, sloping of floor in shower was too mild. Had to put down towel to prevent flooding. Otherwise room was surprisingly large with a patio. If not for this, rating would be 1 star.

I gave this rating to Country Inn and Suites because there is no elevator in the building that we were staying at and the building had 3 stories. So starting at 5am I would hear people dragging their suitcase down the stairs to check out the hotels to catch their flight as the hotel in near the airport. In addition, starting at 6:30am, either the housekeeper or the custodian was making so much noise in the hallway with their trash bags, and emptying out trash receptacles I finally gave up sleeping and got up to start my day. The only enjoyable experience I had was the breakfast. The breakfast was warm, fresh, and delicious. Would I stay there again? In a pinch, I suppose I would as it is convenient, but the other nicer hotels would have to be sold out for me to go back. Sorry!

Junior suite Room layout was very odd. Downstairs for main bathroom, 2 seats and a desk. Up very narrow stairway to bed area and half bath. Going up and downstairs for clothes or to shower is difficult.
