The only disappointing part was trying to sort out getting a shuttle, which they said was a free shuttle however they never mentioned that it closes after our flight arrived, which was highly disappointing, which is why we stayed there so I didn’t have to deal with it taking a cab with no big deal

Huge rooms and clean but noisy

The hotel rooms and outdoor space are very nice. The rooms are so spacious and clean. The problem I had was they put me in a room right in front of the stairs. I heard luggage clinking on the stairs, foot steps up/down and people finishing their conversations there before going to their rooms alllllllll night until around 10:30. I needed to get to sleep early to wake up at 5 am and that didn’t happen. Had to open the door a few times to ask people to be quiet. It was extremely irritating. Maybe I would have given it 5 stars if I was in a quieter space but that was a terrible room.

The bathroom window didn't have a shade on it and the staff showed zero interest in correcting the problem. People from the main entrance could see us getting out of the shower. We had to tape sheets of paper over the window to get privacy. Restaurant staff was great and the food was good.

Was fine for a night

It was close to airport and clean enough, only complaint would be there was no elevator and our room was on 2nd floor, wasn't fun trying to carry heavy suitcase upstairs. Also, you went up the stairs, there were 4 rooms at top of stairs, so then I had to carry it down, go over two stairwells and up again to get to our room. Never seen anything like it.
