Hotel looks better on website than in person. A couple of the staff members were nice and helpful...a couple others didn't even bother to make eye contact. The room we had did not look clean. The shades in the room were moldy and frayed. The room smelled like bleach when we arrived which made it hard to breathe. The toilet seat did not fit on the toilet properly. Soap tray and toilet paper holder were uneven and loose. Luckily, we were able to spend our time sitting by the pool.

Our room was ok, very dated and missing amenities. We had no hot water in both rooms we got and the other room the shower didn't work at all. The restaurant was nice, the service was great and the food was delicious.

Exceeded my expectations by far. Definitely a 4 star experience. The food was fantastic, the staff was amazing, the pool had floaties for the kids and the room (we had a suite) was big enough to sleep 6-8 people comfortably. The area was very safe as I was able to go on morning runs with no issue. Close to many malls and shops and markets. Highly recommended.
