The hotel is very beautiful with a lush tropical garden. The hotel grounds are very clean. However, there is no elevator; you are left to carry your luggage upstairs. The room is not updated. There are no charging ports so don’t forget your device chargers. There’s not much around the hotel so renting a car is a must. The restaurant’s prices are expensive and the food is mediocre.

I drove from playa grande with my mom who walks with a cane and my 3&6 year old boys. We arrived close to 1am. I wanted a place close to the airport and nice for my family too get some rest. After reading the reviews, I decided on this hotel. I was given room 234, which is up three flights of stairs. I had to go back and forth to my rental three times to grab our belonging. After laying my boys down, I saw three lizards on our bags. The toilet wouldn’t flush, I was told by the front desk clerk it’s an old building and that’s why it’s a garbage can next to the toilet. The shower took a while to get hot. It’s either hot as he!! Or freezing cold. The clerk said she would switch my rooms but my family is are extremely tired. Oh and I don’t want anymore surprises.

The hotel tired but is ok. Quite a large property. We were very early but after an hour had a room. It was on the 3rd floor and no elevator! But they helped with the luggage. We received a free non alcoholic drink which was very good. The restaurant was nice and food good. A couple other restaurants are within walking. They will shuttle us to the airport also. The room is comfortable.

Rooms are old and dilapidated. Very basic. The pics and description of rooms was not accurate. Wash cloths and more than one hand towel would be nice. The doors and walls are thin, so any noise commotion in the hallways or other rooms is heard...recommend ear plugs.

The room was good for one night, the bed was comfortable. We were on the third floor with no elevator and when we arrived to our room the door was wide open and there was a mop and broom sitting inside. The sheets and towels were clean but the floor clearly had not been cleaned so we cleaned it.
