Staff was nice and very helpful. Clean Large room. Shuttle pick up and drop off. My favorite person Stephania not only great service at dinner but also at breakfast gave us ideas of what to see. She definitely took interest in making our stay great.

Great Customer Service

Exceptional, comfortable stay for a last night in Costa Rica before heading to the airport. Last night’s of vacations are hard and this hotel made it pleasurable. Shuttle was easy and customer service was above and beyond. I left my purse with my wedding ring in the shuttle and they walked me through every step to get it shipped back while giving me updates and assuring me all was well.

Hotel was great and we had an awesome stay. Room was very spacious and staff was very accommodating We went for our anniversary and the staff made very nice arrangements. The only problem is the traffic as soon as you leave the property- takes atleast 30 mins as it is close to San Jose and there is always a traffic jam

It feels like you’re staying on a resort in a way. The restaurant at the hotel was great! Prices were reasonable. Everyone’s very friendly. It’s a tad bit dated yet very clean. The pool was also clean. The hotel itself could use a bit of sprucing up. There was a bit of a wait with the airport shuttle bus but not too bad. Also, keep in mind that there’s no elevators. The area surrounding the hotel was okay. A few restaurants within walking distance but that’s it. The downtown area isn’t too far though. Uber is available. Overall experience, 8.5/10! I’ll stay here again.

Excellent service

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is open until 9:00 at night. Everyone seemed to speak Spanish and English. There are stairs with no elevator, but the staff carry the luggage up and down with no problem. The pool and landscaping are lovely.
