the host never answer and we need to get another place to stay , and Vrbo take long time to refund m

I never stay in the place, the HOST never respond and send instruction to address and get inside the property . very irresponsible .Vrbo should cancel this host contract MY REVIEW IS 0000 DONT GO TO THIS PROPERTY The host never answered and left us without accommodation, in the rain and in a storm, I had to drive to the nearest city for 2 hours for find a hotel

Pre paid for the place ; drove 4 hours up into the Mtn of Costa Rica ; arrived and we were not registered in the place ; could not reach the owner and had to sleep in our vehicle as no rooms around in the small community
