This house was perfect for us! We had 7 (5 adults, 2 kids). Everyone had their own bedroom and en-suite bath. House layout was great and we cooked and played games in great room every night. Heated pool and hot tub were great and view from cliffs above the sea was wonderful. Midway between Cabo San Lucas and Cabo San Jose, so options both east or west and we used both. A large modern grocery store is 10 mins away and has everything. If you are looking for a large, private, pooled place with a view near any activity you choose, this place is perfect.We did not need much management assistance, but it was there in an instant with the couple calls we made.A 10/10 experience

Hacienda Santa Rita was the perfect place for our family of nine, spring break vacation. Plenty of room for everyone with ensuites for each bedroom. A well-equipped kitchen with a huge dining table close by. The tv room was great for the kiddos when they were resting from the heated pool activities. Tremendous views from every room. The Fresco market was convenient and Costco/Walmart not too far away.

Hacienda Santa Rita was the perfect place to celebrate my 60th with my girlfriends. It was very clean, well equipped, comfortable spaces. It was easy to spot whales off the shore with beautiful vistas in the background! The neighborhood felt very safe and it was nice to walk around and down to the beach. Andres, the house manager, was right there to welcome us and show us around, and he was so helpful with shuttles and arranging plans. And Travis was very easy to communicate with and so helpful. He recommended a private chef for one night and Brandon made us the most amazing meal and cocktails! If I find myself back in that area I’ll definitely book Santa Rita again! Thank you Travis!My only suggestion is that there be a binder with the house information so that it’s easy to access for everyone staying, besides just the email version sent. And it would also be helpful to include end of stay expectations.

Superlative

Travis, the owner, was far and away the best host we've ever experienced, reflective of his travel industry profession. We were six, two grandparents, two parents, two adult children. In several phone conversations he answered all our questions, offered advice and the contact for his property manager. He wrote careful and precise information about route to the house, all the equipment, things to do, and emergency numbers , The house is in flawless condition, the ample furnishings comfortable, the views of the Pacific magnificent, the swimming pool and hot tub spotless. The community is gated and guarded. There is a short drive to a private communal beach. He was not exaggerating about watching whales. The second night my wife asked about strange sounds outside- was something wrong? Next day we saw whales breaching and recognized their slappling sound from the night before. An ideal Mexican property.

Spectacular house and views!

The architecturally beautiful house was well appointed with comfortable rotating chairs, sofas, unique art pieces, an outstanding deck and pool that overlooked the ocean where you could see whales breaching every morning and evening. The round dining table with the built in lazy susan was a hit for our group of 7 adults and 1 child to pass family style meals around. Great kitchen with everything you could ask for to cook with. The views from every part of the house were stellar. Every bedroom was spacious, had wonderful views, comfortable beds and sitting areas. If we needed any help the owners representative was available to help. He responded quickly to any questions or texts. The brochure they emailed before we arrived was complete and suggested dinimg and other activities. The private beach was not far from the house. Gorgeous ace. We recommend it highly. The owners are friendly and take great care in making sure you are having a good time. Time well spent!!!

Paradise in Los Cabos

Hacienda Santa Rita is a wonderful place to stay in Los Cabos. Perched on a hill top in an exclusive community with fantastic views of the ocean and sunsets from anywhere in the house, on the porch, patio, or in the pool or hot tub. Beautiful grounds with a variety of trees, flowers and birds. Let the ocean waves rock you to sleep. Easy access to two beautiful private beaches which we had mostly to ourselves to swim or bogie board. Ideally located 10 minutes to San Jose, 20 minutes to San Lucas and 30 minutes to the airport. Restaurants and excellent grocery store across the street. Watch a whale breach while in the shower. We had a remarkable stay. I wish I was still there.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Hacienda Santa Rita. The location is perfect with gorgeous views of the ocean. You can sit on the patio or by the pool and watch the whales and amazing sunsets. Communication and check in was very easy. House is very well equipped we had chefs come in to cook and cooked ourselves. Easy access to the beach and it is swimmable. Pool and hot tub were great. Lovely casita with unparalleled views and extra privacy. Great location close to a really good grocery store, easy access to Cabo and San Jose. Definitely looking forward to another stay here!

Beautiful property in San Jose de Los Cabos

We celebrated my 60th birthday here with family members and absolutely loved it. Our hosts were beautifully accommodating and the house is incredibly comfortable. Loved watching the sea life and experiencing the ocean breeze on the patio. Quiet, safe neighborhood too!

One of the best experiences...

Our initial vacation home we booked in the same area had a broken pool in which we were notified three days before our travel. I feel like it was a blessing in disguise that we were able to book this house last minute. The communication was above and beyond. Everything you need to know is in a detailed house manual. If we needed anything at all during our stay, Travis or his local house manager was quick to respond. The house is unreal. Exceptionally clean with all the amenities you.ll need. We barely left the house because the pool and view is simply amazing. The neighborhood is guarded and is very safe. The beaches were exquisite as well as the town. Loved our stay so much!!

Ocean views are breathtaking!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and the owner. The entire home has beautiful ocean views. The home is very spacious. We had 8 people total and we all totally enjoyed our stay. Travis was quick to respond to any of my requests. The casita below the home has super awesome views from the king size bed. We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday and Travis recommended a chef named Brandon and he was worth every penny. He cooked for us three different nights. Excellent food and the mango pie was great. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Hopefully, we will return in the near future to stay at this beautiful home again.

Beyond expectations!

If you think this property look good in pictures, just wait until you get there! It’s larger than we imagined and the views are absolutely breathtaking! The rooms are very spacious and the house is outfitted with just about everything you need. We had our family Christmas and New Year vacation here and loved every minute of it. We were sad to leave. Travis the host and the house manager Andres were warm, personable and extremely helpful every step of the way. Even when a few hiccups happened along the way they were responsive and immediately resolved the issues as quickly as possible. We can honestly say this was one of our best trips ever and Travis and his beautiful house played a big role in that. Highly recommend this property!
