Easy check-in. Very calm and relaxing. Parking was easy to get in and out of. Just one block away from the center square. Many restaurants and shops to visit. This is a hidden gem. Would definitely come back again.

We had to stay somewhere last minute because our flight was canceled. So happy we found this place! The rooms were clean and the staff were so friendly. A little loud at night but I travel with ear plays so it didn’t matter. Would stay agin !

Nice boutique hotel steps from the mission square and shopping. Beautiful open air couryard. Some rooms have balconies that open to the street. Others are open to the courtyard with slider door. Check in was easy. Check out NAO, the adjoining restaurant (Michelin rated in 2025). Great pillows and good housekeeping. Excellent for budget-minded guests. Small store inside for amenities. Good shower. Comfortable stay.

Centrally located. Loved the ambiance of the hotel. All the staff were wonderful. The room was nice overlooking the street. Only one negative was that there was a very bad odour coming from the drain in the bathroom. Will stay there again on my next visit

We had another nice stay (overall) at Hotel Colli but I was disappointed by a few things since our visit a year ago. They’ve removed the furniture and parasols from the upper floor terrace, so it’s no longer somewhere special to relax and read or drink a coffee. They have put the furniture on the main floor instead, but it’s too busy and noisy to relax, and no sun! The cost to use one of their beach parasols has tripled in price to 300mx a day which is ridiculously expensive. They now ‘inspect’ your room before checkout is complete, which makes you feel like a criminal as you wait for the ‘OK’ to leave. Small things but they made a difference to how we felt about our stay and mean we’ll look for a different hotel next time.

The rooms are very clean and well kept. Staff is attentive and helpful. The value comes from location and the convenience of being central. Our room overlooked the outside of the building and local traffic enjoys making noise (loud exhaust or stereo... or honking). It is downtown so has to be expected. Just know in advance. The shop owners across the street are always up to something also and rhey enjoy loud as well. Would we stay again? Yes, we loved it and accept the noise. You could not find a better place or location.

Also, we greatly appreciated a clean room, enjoyable courtyard and lobby, and felt very safe during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was quite friendly and helpful. For example, our tv wasn’t working when we checked in. We altered staff and it was quickly fixed. It was relatively quiet and our room was clean and comfortable. The adjacent restaurant- NOA - was excellent. The location near the plaza was convenient. I would recommend this place and would stay again.
