For the most part this condo is nice. It has been update somewhat from the pictures displayed on VRBO. I liked the location in the complex, easy access to pool, gym, beach. Second night in the condo the drain pipe in the kitchen sink came off and water drained all over the floor. I contacted the owner immediately but did not hear back. We loosely attached the pipe and used something to prop it up so it wouldn’t come off again. Still no response from owner. We borrowed packing tape from a neighbor and used that to tape the pipes together, it still leaked under the cabinet. I contacted the owner 3 days later and he said he would send someone the next day. That did not happen. My husband got an electrical shock while using the microwave. A neighbor told us previous guests also received shocks while using the micro. The umbrella on the patio table is broken.Cockroach in the kitchen.I don’t feel I’m being petty with these concerns, they are health and safety issues for anyone that stays here!!If the owner will fix these things I’d stay here again.

Great location

We love Mykanos. Stayed there last year and always a great experience. Well maintained grounds right on the beach and only a short drive to downtown San Jose del Cabo. Gave the rental property a 4 out of 5 stars because many of the drawers in the condo didn't work well, missing or burnt out light bulbs, and no kitchen rags or towels. These low cost improvements would go a long way to improving the quality of the property.

Lot of little things where not functioning Patio door lock was broken had to us broom stick to secure door to lock. Lot of drawers in bathroom and kitchen were very frustrating to open and close. Washer and dryer were filthy and dryer did not work. Mykonos condos is a very nice place and ground level unit was nice to have. It's a bit away from downtown but Uber rides are fast and efficient. we enjoyed our stay there but a little maintaince is required. If you stayed in a five star place you certainly wouldn't expect these deficiencies.

Location, location, location!

We love Mykonos, our third stay each time in a different unit. My husbands a surfer so the location definitely gets a 5 star rating! We didn’t receive the code upon a 4pm checkin and didn’t get it until after 5pm. So that was just a minor hassle. We stayed a week and had plenty of linens, towels, and pool towels. However you can expect the bare minimum in the kitchen. No coffee filters, no trash bags and just an mixed batch of kitchenware. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and keeping the blinds closed offered a nice dark room with a cooling ceiling fan. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen weren’t perfect and we had to apply tape around the shower head due to major leaking/spraying. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return to Mykonos again next year.
