This new hotel is AMAZING in all the extent of the word Hospitality. Super clean, amazing comfortable rooms, the pool is a dream place by itself, the Spa under the magic hands of Sandra's incredible massage is a must go. The most important feature is the Staff. Starting with Luz Acevedo (General Manager) with incredible customer service excellence and most important available to guests concerns, your day starts with an amazing breakfast, usually under the superb attention of Santiago who will make sure your breakfast is an extraordinary experience. He makes you feel a friend of the house. Front desk with Alejandra who will guide you to the best restaurants in town with a smile that will bright your day, and assist immediately with any stay concerns. Jesus, Overseeing the whole operation is kind of a magician resolving everything with kindness a smile and professionalism. Olga in House keeping makes sure your room is perfect and smell like a garden of flowers every day and Yanaira is an incredible young lady that together with Fabian and Faiber, will be there for you at the restaurant (amazing place) to make your experience upgraded to a 5 stars. Of course there is more staff at the hotel and all of them are amazing. if you are ever in Cucuta, Colombia, this hotel is definitely the right place to enjoy your stay. This Hotel has better Guest customer service that some 5 stars hotels. I totally recommend it. Thank you Faranda Collection Hotel Cucuta family for an amazing stay

Desde la llegada, el personal me atendió con una amabilidad y profesionalismo excepcionales. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con una sonrisa, hicieron que me sintiera bienvenida en todo momento. Las habitaciones son modernas, amplias y muy cómodas, con una limpieza impecable y todos los detalles bien cuidados. La piscina tipo jacuzzi es deliciosa perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar un rato tranquiló, y el restaurante ofrece platos exquisitos con un excelente servicio. El desayuno, además, es variado y de gran calidad. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo y en una zona segura. En general, el ambiente del hotel transmite elegancia, confort y calidez. Only one staff at check-in, made the wait almost half hour (with only two people in front of me). Room on Floor 7 (below the restaurant on floor 8), received all the noise from chairs / furniture shuffling.
