The completely renovated property occupies a panoramic position within an estate of olive groves and vineyards, boasting an entrancing view of the famous towers of San Gimignano 4 km away. The characteristic architecture enables guests to experience a specifically Tuscan atmosphere. Within the estate there is a nice garden with meadows, ancient trees, terraces and comfortable outdoor areas. The swimming-pool is in a sunny panoramic position. The farmer lives in an independent house with its own outdoor area. The skilful renovation of the premises has fully preserved the typical rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and open-beamed ceilings. The furnishing is rustic and comfortable completed by several antique pieces. Internet adsl free Wi-Fi. Mosquito net. Private: garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m).
