Poor service for the shuttle after office hours. I had called a day before to schedule the shuttle after office hours but was told rudely that I could only schedule it when I was waiting at the designated pickup area. When we arrived, we called numerous times with no one answering. Fortunately, a driver from a different hotel came to help us and called the driver directly. I knew this was going to happen and wanted to pre-schedule the shuttle but was not allowed to.

Dated corporate hotel by the airport. Appreciated the staff as they were helpful and accommodated us during our long layover. The staff is great. Just need to renovate the hotel.
