Great location and clean

The location was great! We arrived a couple of hours before check in and the man at the front desk allowed us to check in early so we could take advantage of the available parking. The room was very clean. Throughout the 3 day stay, we could see the cleaning staff working to ensure all rooms were taken care of. The rooftop patio was very cute and well taken care of. I’d definitely recommend this location and will be staying again.

Several things that were wrong began piling up during our stay. Bedside light fickered constantly so for lighting it was the main lighting or the closet light. Phone didnt work to call for help. Door to the bathroom didn't lock. The hook came right out if the wall. There may have been water damage at one point because the wood floor was uneven. Our keys stopped working the day before checkout and the day i was released from the hospital. I had to stand outside and wait until they fixed the key cards. And lastly the ice machine didn't work, had to go down to the store and buy some. Besides that list the staff was helpful when needed but it was just a headache.

No guarantee parking, parking stalls are very tight, barely fits a SUV. Door lock was not working properly. After attendant attempted to change the batteries and fix the lock, he couldn’t fix it. Attendant had to use a physical key to unlock the door for us each time we came back to hotel.
