The service of the person at the front desk was good. The hotel looks older than the pictures show, no toothbrush available even when there’s no convenience store close by, shuttle bus looks old and the way the bathroom is designed makes it impossible not to wet the whole floor without having to put the shower curtain inside.

The first part of the stay was great (except the car wash out the window). It was clean and comfortable, nice staff. The second time was awful. That room had a dangerous metal frame sticking a foot out from under the bed, the lamps and charge stations didn't work right and there was mold and rust in the bathroom. Our car was fine however. I hope they plan full upgrades to all rooms before placing travelers in them.

I was checked in promptly despite arriving after midnight. The rooms and common areas on the floors have been remodeled and they are beautiful. I could still smell the new carpet in my room. The common areas are particularly nice and comfortable if you want to enjoy a little more room while you work, read or socialize.

Convenient hotel if you're flying out of SFO

Easy check in and helpful staff. Airport transport was a plus. Close to a Wendy's and a row of multi ethnic restaurants. It was not walking distance to a large grocery or retail store like Target but there was a bus stop right outside the motel. I would recommend the hotel consider installing safety bars in the shower.
