There was roaches all over at the building, and in the room, the outside was dirty with trash. The management was extremely unhelpful and rude. The bathroom doors didn’t properly work and my finger was smashed.

This hotel is really depressing. Smells like sewage and mold. There are people blasting Spanish music until 3am.

Room was quite old and battered. Bed was comfortable, and shower was great - hot water and powerful. Reception staff was friendly and efficient. Great location in nice area for coffee shops and Fisherman's Wharf.
