I guess I got what I paid for? Regardless, the guy in reception wasn’t pleasant, the neighborhood is full of homeless and mentally ill people and even though they really tried to keep things clean inside, the place is really old and not at all a nice experience. I won’t be coming back. Didn’t feel safe walking around the streets. It was nice to have parking included. Trying to find something nice to say but it’s hard.

There weren’t many pictures online, but we booked because of the price and location as it was the last couple days of our trip and we couldn’t stay the whole at our first hotel. When we arrived to this one, the person at reception seemed like he didn’t care much that we were there, and was kind of dismissive like he was waiting for us to leave after checking in. The other people that helped us the following days were wonderful. The room itself was fine, had its good and bads. Clean, beds made, fresh towels, working tv and fridge. Some cons, there were gaps in our door, which didn’t feel secure at all sleeping at night. The flooring in the room was so poorly installed, so many large gaps and cracks. I don’t know how you could let a room have that presentation. The beds honestly were the least comfortable I’ve been in thus far, but it was fine for only the 3 days. Being on the edge of what felt like “the ghetto” it was very noisy and definitely not an area to wander at night. Overall the stay was alright, but it made it easier to be ready to come home.

Loved the underground parking. Spartan rooms with good TV and tub-bathroom. Heavy smells around the area and near the elevator made me wanna leave swifty. Employees super nice and thorough 👍.

It was an easy check in/out. All the receptionist are friendly (paula was one of them. Very informative) the housekeeping staff was really good just feel bad she doesnt have newer sheets to change the bed.just need new ones..our room was perfect for 3adults 3kids(room314) the room set up was really nice. Fresh coffee every morning was great! Get homeless around the area but they were harmless… should be clean but bec of them made it dirty. But get maintenance people who come to clean in the morning. Just right place to stay after a long day with the right price.

The property is surrounded by homeless individuals and related issues. There was no bottled water provided in the room. Despite booking for two days, room service did not replace the extra towels. The area is heavily populated with homeless individuals. Additionally, there was no microwave in the room. On a positive note, the staff were approachable.

Spartan, yet clean and comfortable.

An older hotel, yet it was exceptionally clean and looked very well maintained for it's age. Fresh paint, nothing falling apart, somewhat spartan and basic. A very convenient hotel to stay in. Easy connections to public transportation. Yes.... it is in the Tenderloin so the surrounding neighborhood is shall I say.... interesting. Yet I felt safe even walking around after dark. Lots of great places to eat near by. Safe, free, inside parking. I would stay again.
