Chris at the front desk delivered truly outstanding service. I arrived on a rainy Christmas Eve after a long 7-hour drive and was greeted with the warmest smile, a complimentary upgrade, late checkout, a welcome bag, and personal escort to the elevator — all offered proactively and with genuine care. I’ve stayed in many hotels, including 5-star chains worldwide, but Chris’s “customer-first” attitude genuinely stood out. This was my first stay at Luma, and his exceptional service left a lasting impression. Thank you, Chris, for making my stay so memorable.

This place is top tier! My experience with Luma Hotel was amazing! The staff was very professional, anything you might need they will make happen! They are on it like no where else. It was my first time booking with this hotel and it definitely wont be my last! Very quiet and calm environment, Room was very clean, and the room service was super neat! They actually have a robot that delivers your food from the hotel cafe! Overall my experience was great, If you dont have a tight budget and want to stay somewhere that feels like home i definitely recommend Luma Hotel! You wont regret it.
