I have stayed here twice now and absolutely love the location and the double king rooms they offer, very spacious! There was no parking available in the onsite lot but was understandable due to checking in late in the night. There is a parking garage only a few blocks away so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

This seems to be a San Francisco hidden gem! Although not a ‘classic hotel’ the room was very spacious and impeccably clean. The bathroom is small but it was fine for me. It was clean and the shower was better than most I’ve had at luxury hotels. The location was great and many places are within easy walking distance. If you’re driving they do have a small parking lot but I personally never drive to SF. The neighborhood felt self and I wasn’t afraid walking around well after dark. I will definitely stay here again when I return to SF (3-4 times/year). Highly recommended!

The staff was helpful, the room size and the king bed were comfortable. However, the bathroom was bad--it had no ventilation, was always wet, and the shower was weak. The carpet was old and felt dirty. This place needs an update.

There is limited parking. We did find a parking, however we did drive out to town and came back later at night so there was not any parking. We did not have a tv that was working, we wanted to watch the last episode of Stranger Things a little bit of a bummer. Overall it was a good stay, convenient to walk to find shops, restaurants, drinks.

We love staying here every year before for our Nutcracker tradition. Clean room, parking included, walkable to Opera House. Only downside was noise from the room being near the staircase. Will all for a different room next year.
