The staff was extremely helpful! My son hurt his leg and we needed a wheelchair for the day and the hotel willingly let us borrow one from them. The room was great, breakfast was amazing, and the drinks at night were an additional surprise to our stay. Definitely would stay again.

My family and I stayed there for my birthday trip. We stayed on the 10th floor. I bed were very comfortable. The property was amazing. The dining area I loved. Our bartender she was amazing, she made me the best drinks. The pool wasn’t clean and the hot tub had a film on top of the water. House keeping never came to change our sheets and to restock our coffee and bathroom necessities. When we checked in and we first got into our room, the table was not clean inside of the ice bucket there was dirt or something in there and there was hair on the outside of the tub and dirty inside the tub. But overall, we had an amazing time and if I needed to stay there again, I would.

The hotel lobby and room were otherwise ok. The person at check-in wasn’t the warmest. The room was freezing and heater wouldn’t work. We tried to call front desk for more blankets but in-room phones were old and didn’t work. Ended up walking to front desk at 12:45am. Lots of garbage left in parking lot spaces, but plenty of parking. Convenient location and free breakfast are a plus.

We arrived and were able to check in early and enjoy the pool area which was very warm and relaxing for us. Had a great stay- it’s visually stunning inside. Coffee was good and lots of breakfast items. Thank you Embassy! Large TVs in both rooms was convenient. The front desk staff Trevor was very welcoming and helpful. Will look to stay here again for longer. Kids loved it.

This is a very nice hotel. You will need a car to get around to any dining or shopping places. The pool was so dirty as was the hot tub…yuck. Also they charged us for 3 days of parking when we were only there 2 night and left at 4am. Staff were great and the breakfast and happy hour are nice.

Overall it was a good stay, the only thing that was bad was someone made trigger the alarm at like 12:40am or so and i had to get up still half asleep and wake up the kids. Trying to dress and looking for my glasses. Let just say it was scary because you dont knows what going on, heart racing and thinking the worst. The alarm was loud and keeps at jt for a while until the fire department came and turn it off.

Staff have been above and beyond wonderful, we asked for 2 cribs, we got them in 5 minutes, there was a housekeeper at the room next door she asked if we needed anything, she brought us extra towels, we are traveling with 2 toddlers who still crawl, they were playing on the ground and when I noticed them their tops of their feet were filthy, knees too, the carpet looked clean but was not, I let the front desk know, staff was great!!
