Dirty hotel/ motel rude staff, zero customer servi

Dirty rooms, we wasted an hour changing rooms , carrying our bags plus 4 little kids . Totally unacceptable to give us a dirty room, stain on the pillowcases , sticky red residue on the pillow , hair on toilet and beds ,yellow urine all over the toilet . Stay away from the hotel , it should be considered a motel . The guy at front desk lacks of customer service said to me quote hi words " all I can do is check you out , nothing I can do about dirty rooms" Stay away from this motel , is not hotel

Great place horrible bed

It's always amazing, rooms are little warm but we slept with the slider open. Loved everything about all my visits EXCEPT THE BED IN EVERY ROOM. The kids also complain about the pullout being uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and they had happy hour drink vouchers which was nice. Great buffet breakfast and the only thing I didn’t like is that you can’t control the A/C in your room. My wife and I were sweating the 1st night but got a box fan for the rest of our stay which wasn’t ideal.
