This place was fantastic! I stayed for 1 week with my small dog. The view was fantastic looking out at San Mateo as I worked remotely. There was a nice work desk with automatic height adjustments. There are lots of little amenities (Toto toilet seat :)) and Starbucks coffee. The area is very quiet and peaceful. This is the lower level of a house (separate entrance and patio) so you will hear the people up above walking around and floorboards but that was easily silenced by turning on the TV with hundreds of streaming options. Would LOVE to stay here again.
