We are located in Coconut Drive, 5 min walk to Skinner Park. 5 min drive to Gulf City and in the middle of everything in the city.
The food scene is just a few minutes walk where you can indulge in various types of cuisine.
The upper level consist of the three bedrooms.
The master bedroom includes a private porch and on suite bathroom and walking closet.
The second level houses the kitchen. Laundry and a small dining area.
The lower level houses the kitchen, laundry and a dining area. For larger families, two queen air mattresses are available as the property can easily accommodate them.
Private parking is available on the property and can comfortably house three cars without enclosing anyone.
There is a hangout area in front the house it’s useable but a work in progress.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

Upon arrival to the home on day one, the owner was very attentive and responsive. I got into the property return , no problem. We communicated very well. There was an a/c leaking in one of the bedrooms and water was all over the floor. I called the owner to let him know & he stated that someone was coming to clean the floor of said bedroom. After waiting since 11am, I was being led on numerous times that someone was coming & no one ever came. We just cleaned it ourselves. The owner was made aware of this too. As the days went on the owner became very less responsive to calls & texts regarding no toilet paper stocked, paper towels or garbage bags. The home was very modern and decent to stay but the unresponsiveness of the owner has led me to write this review.
