The master suite has a California King-size bed with a private bathroom encompassing a shower, bathtub, and his-and-her sinks. A walk-in closet completes the master suite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and, unique to this room, an office table and chair — just in case you need to get a little bit of work done while on vacation. A bathroom with a shower is accessible from the hallway.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. This rental comes with 4 pool passes only. If 6 adults rent, only 4 adults can access the pool. Children 12 years and under do not need a pool pass. Pool passes are issued by the resort directly to guests — the office closes at 4:30PM. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival. Monthly rentals available — utilities are additional with a utility security deposit required. NOTE: Off-road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar (exception for race teams). This resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger. Eight BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos, about a 10-minute walk away. Another option is to use the BBQ service of the on-site Pavilion restaurant. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.
