No hot water, which was not mentioned at check in. When I finally inquired about it, they were not very accommodating and there were no comparable rooms with hot water. They gave me free parking, which is unacceptable considering we couldn’t shower for two days.

Clean and quiet despite being on the first floor and across the vending machine. Appreciated the Dove shampoo, conditioner, and soap amenities. Everything worked properly and was an easy in/out process.

House cleaning staff was wonderful! Front desk staff not so much. One person staffing front desk most of the time and unab and not much help when my room smelled of ether/nail polish and filled up with smoke. Fire alarms blaring and "Paul" from front desk giving me a bs story about how this happens when the ac is not used for periods of time! I'd been in that room 5 nights. On the other hand, if hotel is 1/5 used why place customers where the elevator is out of order and there were no plans to get it fixed?
