almost perfect but...

i only have 2 complaints, 1 was the room ac wasnt working well so the room was warmer than i would like and a bit muggy. i opened the windows which helped alot. 2 the parking garage has set hours of operation so when i got back from a late dinner the garge doors were closed. other than that the location is perfect right at the center of little Italy with plenty to do around town. the staff was very polite. the room size was nice. if it wasnt for the ac issues i would definitely give this place 5 stars.

From the minute I called Manny at the front desk to request an early check-in and was met with a kind and willing employee who wanted to help us out, I knew we made the right choice in booking the Urban Boutique Hotel. Though the property and rooms are on the small side, they provide everything you would need for an enjoyable stay in Little Italy. The location is second to none, literally steps away from the all the dining and action. We will definitely book a stay at the this property in the future. Thank you Manny and the staff for providing a great stay!

I stayed here for 16 nights in January/February 2025 and enjoyed it very much. The room was spacious and well equipped, with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, air conditioner/heater, safe, and iron. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the Piazza della Famiglia in Little Italy, in close proximity to many restaurants and only a few blocks from the nearest trolley station. The hotel was very quiet and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Outstanding value as well! Recommended most highly.

The staff here was so helpful & friendly. The room was clean with nice furniture. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants. Really convenient

The location is amazing; right in the middle of Little Italy, the price, you can't beat for this area. The room was average, the throw on the bed was probably there for too long, the coffee pods only had decaf options, there was only one water, and no vending machines for any necessities. I will mention that they're a 7/11 4 blocks away, its just a pain when you need to get your hands on mineral water and Tumbs at 11:30PM and have to go back out and walk over there.

OK but a bit of an SRO vibe

Great location but the hotel has a bit of an SRO vibe. On checkin one guest was obviously high and the morning I left I was woken by a guest having a freakout. That said it's reasonably priced and right in the middle of little Italy with lots of restaurants nearby.

Very reasonable price in a great location to walk all over Little Italy, Harbor and Downtown. Rooms are clean and updated but tiny. Excellent value if you only spend sleeping time there.

Something different not a chain so it was a unique experience! I didn’t like the overwhelming smell of diffuser or scent in the lobby but it wasn’t in the rooms so that’s good
