Gated front yard with access right off the street.

The Neighborhood:
Fantastic neighborhood, only a few minutes' drive from downtown. Local dining choices are numerous, including Golden Hill's Benny's Mexican Food and 55 Thai Kitchen. Excellent coffee is just minutes away, whether you prefer the refined atmosphere of Golden Hill Cafe. Within a 7- to 15-minute drive, visit local parks such as Golden Hill, Balboa, and Grant Hill.

Getting Around:
There are usually scooters or bikes on the corner for rental. Uber/Lyft can get you pretty much anywhere as well from the home. There is mass transit buses within 2 blocks as well.

Other Things to Note:
There is no assigned parking for this unit, but ample street parking right in front of the house.

This is the ENTIRE UNIT! Not shared with anyone. Save $$$ from the hotels around here that aren't half as nice.

We will send you request for the cleaning fee amount if the cleaning fee is not charged onto your reservation.

Guests will need to sign a short term rental agreement prior to checking in.

Paid parking lots can be found in the area (See "guest access"), and there is some FREE street parking.

Every one infant present during reservation counts as one additional guest/adult

NO PARTIES, no pets, no smoking, no extra guests.
