North Mission Beach town home with peak ocean view. OLD REVIEWS ARE BECAUSE PROPERTY HAS NOT BEEN RENTED SINCE 2018. COMPLETELY REMODELED SINCE OLD REVIEWS, VERY DIFFERENT UNIT WITH NEW EVERYTHING. IGNORE COMMENTS ABOUT CONDITION, THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL NOW! Only steps to the Pacific Ocean on one side of the street, & Sail Bay on the other side of the street. Patio w/ BBQ available for use. If you see a hot tub in the photos or mentioned in the reviews, it is not an advertised amenity. However, as of the moment I am writing this it works great, but it is 25+ years old so we don't guarantee it. Please confirm beforehand if you want to use it, there will be a fee for heating and cleaning. The property is close to all that Mission & Pacific Beach have to offer, walk everywhere! Half way between Garnet Ave & Belmont park. The unit features two private bedrooms with one queen bed and one full size bed. There are also air mattresses available for your use. The space can accommodate 4-6 people depending on sleeping arrangements. The outdoor space is shared. Guests are welcome to use the patio, but other neighbors may be using it as well from time to time.

*** PLEASE NOTE: *** The garbage trucks come by early Tuesday & Saturday morning & they are very loud. Confirm parking ahead of time if you plan on having a car. The unit comes with 1-2 spots, but they are tight beach parking spots, large vehicles are not recommended and probably won't fit. *** Do not leave any valuables unattended on the property or in your car. Mission Beach also has the nickname "Missing" Beach for a reason. *** This property is located on Mission Blvd which is a 2 lane, relatively high traffic, main street that goes through the area. Expect some traffic and pedestrian noise at all hours of the night. Also make sure you mind all street sweeping notices on Mission Blvd. ***

Good property

It worked well for our family and was really convenient for walking to the beach. The only downside I'd note is that the upstairs blinds could use some repairs, but other than that, we found the property comfortable, easy to use, and it met our needs. The owner was easy to contact and responsive to messages.

Awesome trip

My wife and I came down here with our 3 kids (all under 10) and mother-in-law. The space was perfect! We had our own bedroom/bathroom, our mother-in-law had her own private room, and the couches/sofa chair combo had plenty of space for our kids to sleep. The upstairs bathroom by the kitchen was perfect for the kids and the shower was great. Having an outdoor shower and indoor laundry was a must for the family and used multiple times per day, since it is less than a 1 minute walk to the ocean and 5 minutes to the bay if you want calmer water. Lawrence was a great host, easy to communicate with, and there were no surprises. I would definitely return.

Great beach location

Stayed 3 nights. Bedrooms downstairs, living and kitchen upstairs. Nicely updated living and kitchen, bath. Beds comfortable. Good amount of kitchen supplies. Walking distance to beach, which is where we spent most our time. Unit is on heavily traversed street, but traffic noise was not bad. More from people, neighbors. Walking distance to some restaurants and beach shops. Overall, we found it to be perfect for our time relaxing and playing in the sand. Very thankful for the parking spot (small to mid size vehicles).
