the i-pad check in is weird. there was a host that helped me. i would have rather had a key, than a pin #. but the rooms are super cute. went to a show at petco and you could see the park from my balcony on the 4th floor. bring an eye mask if you want darkness.

Location is fantastic! The room and facilitity overall was very clean and the staff was engaged, helpful and consistently friendly. My only complaint is that the washer dryer combo is worthless.

Check In was high tech, but everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Valet, though pricey, was very helpful and quick. Large room, a whole kitchenette (fridge, microwave, mini stove), large bathroom, even a washer + dryer combo. Realized that there was no closet in our room, but the lack of it was made up with amenities and space. Large windows for natural lighting too! Just remember to put down the blinds.

First time staying here. The studio was a great space. I was visiting for five days and appreciated having a very comfortable bed, kitchen to prep my breakfast, and 24-hour workout room. The front desk staff was very friendly.
