This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, speedy wifi, flatscreen smart TV, and shared washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed and the living room has a large, cozy couch great for relaxing after a long day in the sun!

Please note: This unit does NOT have A/C. There are ceiling fans in the unit.

There is one flight of stairs to walk up to reach this 2nd floor unit.

Parking: There is NO parking for this unit. Free street parking is available.

Quiet hours are between 10pm-8am as to not disturb neighboring units on the property.

Cute upstairs cottage near the beach

Nicely furnished and very clean. Management very responsive. Steps from the beach and walking distance to good restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet. Wi-Fi is a little weak as it is shared between other rentals in the building. Other than that it was a great place to relax. Would stay there again!

This place was in the *best* location, and very comfortable for our small group of 3. We all had our own area/bedding, access to a lovely kitchen with everything we needed. Would stay again!

If I could give the location 10 stars I would! Close to walk to many locations. Great beach access with beach chairs to use. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking. We had a combo of eating out and eating there. Quiet neighborhood. No parking really unless you have a smart car But typical of Cali locations you can find street parking. Beds are comfortable. Pillows were too puffy for our taste with slippery pillow case covers that kind of created a bubble of air that makes the case slide off Great water pressure in the shower. The toilet seat was loose. I’m not sure if it was attached properly. Our last night the electronic lock would not engage. The management company were super helpful and responsive. Beautifully remodeled.
